Ms Bendel’s comment is totally uninformed – at least in regard to the ranks of entrepreneurs who are engaged in technical and professional businesses that are watched, reported, and audited sometimes to near-extinction. Entrepreneurial tax cheating (at the sub-megabuck level, at least) is a myth propagated by intoxicated 9-to-fivers late in the happy-hour and encouraged by lefty political cant that argues taxes are never high enough and then annually repeated at budget time by tax agencies in government whose budgets gain from the extra staffing this false concept claims to justify.
I have studied small entrepreneurs at length and have seen that few, if any in the above categories have any opportunity or inclination to under-report business income. More often they say they OVERPAY taxes in various categories because it is cheaper to do than than to account for the small items paid out of pocket, and the large items that require a team building activities of tax experts to sort out.
What many entrepreneurs face is the certainty of probing, picayune and idiosyncratic tax audits every couple of years by the IRS — consuming enough time to likely assure loss of a significant portion of the year’s earnings – or next year’s.
I have heard the same accusation aimed at small shopkeepers, itinerant trades, etc. Possibly there may be some creative accounting in those marginally distinctive business retail categories where a fair fraction of the businesses fail every year for lack of profit, but not my area of experience. A key distinction is that most entrepreneurs are trying to grow their business into something better and bigger. They are fighting the clocks of personal career span, old age, and evolving markets, and most in that position really can’t be bothered with messing around stealing pennies on the dollar when they really want to generate more business and pay MORE taxes as the necessary consequence.
Would be very interesting, and instructive, to compare the tax avoidance results for the million or so (often struggling) actuak entrepreneurs in the US with those of our 20 million illegal immigrants (also struggling) and the businesses that employ them.

I’m ramping up very slowly in the process of planning to remodel my home. I go out every weekend right now to spend a little bit of time looking at wood floors San Antonio. I realize that I have an incredibly inefficient way of going about it, but I know that when exactly the right thing speaks to me I will buy it and I will love it for many years. Today I am happy to announce that the cap and trade bill that passed the house last year is dead. The recent failure of the acid rain market is a fatal blow to cap and trade. The experts are telling me that we simply can’t ignore dangerous weaknesses in a acid rain market that cannot withstand tightening regulations. We have to take this lesson of failure to heart. America, we must be practical. Think about what the markets are saying here. America can’t bet on a bad plan like cap and trade while so much is at stake.
There is much to hope for in seeking a green energy agenda. I am going to instruct the Senate that if the majority ram rods cap and trade as they did health care, I will veto the bill. I am gonna tell our stubborn liberal brothers and sisters that we have to come up with a tiger woods new girlfriend plan together. We can come up with a new and better plan that has the promise of delivering greener and cleaner energy, as well as practical emission reductions. Really, it is no suprise that we are at this juncture. Who in their right mind would be willing to accept that energy prices have to necessarily skyrocket? How foolish of the House majority to have proposed a complicated amorphous plan to trade carbon credits. The American people are not stupid. Don’t worry, I’m going down to the Senate tomorrow and I’m going to open up a can of whoop ask. This time there will be no passive compromise with the majority. Cap and trade is dead. Now my friend says she has developed an increase in interest in finding information about the countries she has always wanted to visit. I’ve been looking around for good dog food, but having a real hard time finding places that make good food for dogs. And not just food that’s been slaped together with any junk in it, or preservatives and other toxic stuff in it. Procedures have never really occurred to me to be that important. I have had issues with following procedures to the latter because I do not seem to benefit from them in any way, but then this does not mean that I cannot follow them when there is need to do so. Collecting whatever information that is important is what I like doing, because there are procedures that you can be given which do not even make any sense and so they end up wasting you for no good reason at all. The roof tiling and slating procedure that actually had to be followed whether I liked it or not started from the idea of adding mastic asphalt to the whole mix. The kind of work that was being done here became harder to cope with because I could not understand how much more I had to work with in order to succeed with the procedures that are at hand. There was no procedure which you could skip because in the long run you would not end up getting the results that you were supposed to get. I have hated procedures for a long time now but the more I progress into life the more I realize that it is better to go with the steps that you have been given if you need to succeed as if this is not done then there is no way that you will succeed in what you do whichever the case. Important is the fact that you will have to balance what is there and what is needed so that in the long run the results will be as pleasing as they are supposed to be.

I know that my wife is so upset with the way that I have let myself go. She would never say a word to me about it, but I am not stupid. I am going to have to lose this weight at some point. My girlfriend and I drove out to Hemet on Wednesday to look at some of the homes that were being sold down that way. My girlfriend and I are going to be getting married this coming June and we wanted to buy a nice home with one another. While we were driving to Hemet my girlfriend told me about a few as seen on tv workouts. My girlfriend wasn’t to start working out. She wants me to join in with her when working out.
