ERP Implementation Failure Happens Sometimes

Sometimes we fail and there are also times when we fail. And when we fail it is our chance to prove ourselves once again. I used to tell my HR team that we are only good as our last show. So we have to prove ourselves constantly and not to be lax with our service to our employees.
It is but natural that there is even ERP Implementation Failure because sometimes there is failure in the way it has been implemented. Maybe we should look at the implementors or maybe the concepts being implemented are not for the kind of company there is because a manufacturing company is very much different from a financial one.
