Unfortunately there isn’t one overriding factor that can help you choose between satellite TV carriers like Dish Network and DirecTV. For some people, price might be the ultimate comparison tool. For others, it might be HD programming or sports packages or whatever. This is why it gets a little bit trickey when comparing satellite TV. It’s not like cable, where you either take what they give you or just do without. And now that the phone company has entered the picture with their fiber optics based service, the playing field is even more crowded.
