There are very inexpensive programs that will do the job correctly and may prevent you from making the problems even worse than they already are. You may remove infected files that are actually needed to run your PC. The best spyware removal program will backup all your files before removing any, so if they are required then the spyware program will put them back where they were originally. It will also save you potentially hours of time.
