Web Conference Calling Interviews Are Much Better

I get nervous during interviews and I remember that I had cold arms and feet when I was interviewed via Web Conference Calling. Although I prefer online interview than a personal one on one, face to face interview. After the first few questions and answers, I was at ease already because the interviewer was kind and the service for the conference call was clear. So I had no trouble hearing the interviewer and I had no trouble saying what I was going to say. Unlike personal, face to face interviews where I had to mind my body posture, where I place my hands, my eye to eye contact with the interview. Plus I have to answer all the questions. Everything is going all at once and I barely manage what I am saying.
