What’s The Registry?
March 4th, 2008
What is the Windows registry and why should I care? Well, the answer is simple my friend. The Windows registry is the storage area for all the important preference and settings files that are created whenever you install a new software or hardware program. These files are very important for Windows as well as the programs themselves. If the registry gets damaged or corrupted then you could end up with big problems.
Using a good Windows registry repair program will make everything so much easier. There are several programs out there to choose from, so I’d recommend searching the internet for some up-to-date reviews. I like RegCure but I also think there are a few other good programs out there to choose from.
